• Dried eucalyptus leaf

• Dried peppermint

• Dried rosemary

🌬️ HOW TO USE

1. Place 1-2 Tbsp of herbs in a heat-safe bowl

2. Pour hot (boiling) water over herbs & cover with towel

3. Allow to cool for a few minutes - so not to burn the skin

4. Lean over bowl, under the towel and inhale steam gently

5. Use for a short, comfortable steaming session
