From a pat of melted butter to a pot of homemade marinara, this 6-piece Copper Saucepan Set with lids covers every sauce in your repertoire. Three hand-hammered saucepans in graduated sizes look as good hanging on the rack as they do on the stove, and each comes with its own hammered copper lid.
Copper heats quickly and evenly, so delicate sauces like béarnaise, caramel, and beurre blanc are easier to control. That’s why chefs have reached for copper saucepans for generations, and it makes this trio a thoughtful gift for any home cook. Use the petite pot for melting butter and warming syrups, the 1.5 quart for sauces and grains, and the 2.5 quart for soups, custards, and blanching vegetables.
Every piece is hand-hammered from solid copper by artisans in Michoacán, Mexico, with a traditional tin lining and patented stainless steel handles that double as spoon and lid rests. Made to last for generations. Please note: lids are counted as individual pieces.
